Skipping breakfast:-

Generally, peoples ignore breakfast, which has an important role in whole day’s energy. Skipping breakfast leads to bulk eating because at the time of lunch he/she has very strong appetite. The bulk eating is not a good habit for good health.

Breakfast is very important, it provide the 1/3rd part of energy of whole day. Breakfast should be a little bit heavy, which include carbohydrates, protein vitamins and a small quantity of fats.
