Generally, people think that they can easily reduce their weight by heavy workout. Exercise means calorie burn. You are taking a little bit calories and spending a lot then what will happen to your body, just think about it.
That’s why people cannot continue their exercise routine and leave it due to weakness, sleeplessness etc. repeatedly start and stop of workout affects the body very badly.
What is right:-
There are three condition of exercise –
1- If you want to be slim.
2- If you want to be strong and heavy.
3- Moreover, if you want to be fit and healthy.
A slight decrease in your daily diet with exercise can make you slim.
A balanced increasement in your daily diet can make you strong.
A perfect balanced diet with exercise can make you fit and healthy.
It would be better that you do exercise regularly because sudden start and sudden stop is very dangerous for health.
